Qualifications:
- Minimum Class 5 license
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A good knowledge regarding operation of industrial refrigeration systems would be an asset
- Preference given to those individuals with direct experience in the plumbing field, and troubleshooting controls and maintenance of HVAC systems, as well as a good understanding of pressure vessels, their processes, limits and controls with hot water and steam boiler systems
- Pool Operator 1
- Arena Operator 1
- Perform other duties as required
Additional Information:
- Successful Applicant will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, 10 year drivers abstract and Vulnerable Sector check
- Applicants with less qualifications may be considered for Facility Operator In-Training and paid accordingly until they acquire the level of required qualifications for Facility Attendant.
- Successful applicant will be required to respond within 30 minutes during on call rotation
Hours per Week: 40 hours - includes shift work & weekends, on call as required
Pay Scale: Facility Operator (Training) - $28.62 / Facility Operator - $29.92
