Government of Canada Releases Recommendations on Navigation Protection Act
Over the past several months, the federal Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure, and Communities has been reviewing the Navigation Protection Act, including changes made to it in 2009 and 2012, when it was still known as the Navigable Waters Protection Act.
