We are always looking for new fantastic people to join the growing RMA team! The RMA understands the importance of teamwork and engagement by both our Executive Team and Board of Directors. We are consistently evolving, increasing our employee perks and benefits, promoting professional and personal development, and supporting flexibility in the workplace, understanding the importance of family and work-life balance.
These are just some of the perks and benefits of working for the RMA and Canoe:
Full-time employees receive three weeks of vacation upon commencement of employment. In addition, they also receive personal days, sick and family responsibility time off, and are eligible to four statutory holidays added to the provincial mandated days.
The RMA is committed to a compensation philosophy of providing employees with fair, equitable, and competitive compensation as well as encouraging and rewarding strong workplace performance.
