RiskPro 2020 Feedback and Audit Requirements

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the RiskPro 2020 webinars. We appreciate our members’ openness to try a new format given the current circumstances. Every year, RMA Insurance offers a 2% RiskPro credit to members who attend the RiskPro workshops and complete the required audit requirements. Regardless of this year’s format change, all members who attended the RiskPro 2020 webinars will qualify for the 2% RiskPro credit once the audit requirements are met.

In 2015, the audit requirement for RiskPro was to provide UTM GPS coordinates for every building listed on members’ schedules. Members received a list of buildings that were on their 2015 renewal schedule and asked to provide the longitude and latitude for each building. It is now time to update those GPS coordinates.

To qualify for the 2% RiskPro credit for 2020, members must submit all missing GPS coordinates for all buildings on the schedule. Each member who registered for the four RiskPro 2020 webinars will be sent a spreadsheet of their buildings. It will include the UTM GPS coordinates supplied to RMA Insurance in 2015.

Once we receive the spreadsheet with all the GPS coordinates, the member will qualify for the 2% premium credit for the 2020 renewal. The deadline for the requirements is March 31, 2021.
