The Alberta Agricultural Operation Practices Act(AOPA) establishes a framework for resolving conflicts between agricultural producers and the public relating to nuisance and disturbance caused by agricultural operations and addresses manure handling and management storage standards and for all operations, including confined feeding operations (CFOs).
