Government of Alberta Seeking Public Input on Police Act Review

The Government of Alberta is currently continuing its review of Alberta’s Police Act through virtual meetings with a wide array of stakeholders, which includes RMA, the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association, and Indigenous communities.

In addition to targeted consultations, a public survey will be open until January 4, 2021. The Government of Alberta is encouraging municipalities to complete the survey, as well as distribute it to other individuals and community organizations that may be interested in providing input.

If you have any questions about this survey or the process, please contact the PSD Engagement Team at JSG.PSDEngagement@gov.ab.ca.
