The Alberta Water Council’s (AWC) two projects, the Alberta Water Futures and the Wetland Policy Implementation Review, have both reached their first major milestones. The projects are now ready to engage with partners and sectors for project-specific insights and perspectives.
The Alberta Water Futures project is a short-term initiative to explore and understand the potential challenges and opportunities that may affect how we manage water in Alberta in the future. The deadline to complete the survey is January 15, 2021.
The Wetland Policy Implementation Review project is capturing perspectives on the implementation of the Alberta Wetland Policy, the ways to measure performance of the policy’s outcomes to support the continuous improvement, and public reporting on policy implementation. The deadline to complete the survey is January 29, 2021.
