Position Summary
Reporting to the Supervisor, Budget & Reporting, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the complete processing of assigned hourly and salaried payroll using Human Capital Management (HCM) software (Dayforce) and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial systems (Great Plains), including backup documentation. The Administrator will process the Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP), Workers Compensation Board (WCB), and all other employee benefits as they apply to the assigned payrolls. In addition to payroll administration, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for all administration and inquiries related to pension, group benefits, and personnel pay records.
