Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role with specific experience in requirements management, including eliciting and capturing system requirements, collaborating with technical teams to clarify requirements, and conducting subsequent testing to confirm product acceptance.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including elicitation, process modeling, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with client/server applications, web-based solutions, technical architecture, and software deployment.
- Support the forms program, dedicating approximately 25% of the role to understanding form requirements, assisting staff with updates to fillable PDFs, and ensuring form-related needs are met during the term of employment.
- Ability to use statistical and research methods to analyze system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for creating professional-quality material and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to lead or actively participate in group problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in planning and organizing action plans and resources to meet specific goals.
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
