Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Implementation of projects (hardware, programs and technology);
- Coordinating with the IT Manager, management and staff;
- Troubleshooting and resolving workstation hardware/software and printer issues;
- Maintaining a list of IT inventory for workstations and installed licenses;
- Maintain and promote highest level of security with regards to users and passwords, following the least privilege paradigm;
- Documentation of changes for IT infrastructure;
- Handle programming requests for office phone systems;
- Develop scripts for automation, control, and reporting of IT resources;
- General maintenance of servers and workstations;
- Perform support for employees and councillor’s on trouble calls;
- Other duties as required.
