As our Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team with a wide range of responsibilities, including HR general administration, full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, records management and compliance, and HR initiative support.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- A postsecondary degree or diploma and a minimum of two years of progressive human resources experience are required. A diploma from a college or university program in Human Resources, along with appropriate job experience, will be considered.
- Experience, knowledge, and proficiency in full-cycle recruitment are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Knowledge and awareness of regulations pertaining to municipal government and human resources is regarded as a benefit, such as Employment Standards, Human Rights, FOIP, and OHS.
