In this dynamic role, you’ll take the lead in developing contract specifications, preparing tender documents, and overseeing the implementation of service agreements. You’ll be the go-to expert for inspecting and managing contracted custodial and pest control services—ensuring compliance with safety standards, service levels, and performance expectations.
As the frontline liaison for county departments, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while providing quality assurance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
