Position Summary:
Helping our businesses to recover and grow is a priority for the Town of Strathmore. The Economic Development Coordinator will be a key contributor to the success of our local economy. As part of the Communications, Marketing and Economic Development Team, you will help to write the next chapter in the story of our community. Through bold vision, innovative strategies, and professional program delivery, this role will help us to achieve our mission of a resilient, growing, and future-focused community.
As the successful candidate you are a motivated, perceptive, and high-performing professional. You are curious about the economic trends in our region, our competitive position, and our goals. You are also prepared to hit the ground running to achieve short-term priorities while assisting with the creation of a long-term Economic Development Strategy.
Compensation: The Town of Strathmore total compensation package includes a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefit package and participation in LAPP pension.
