Educational & Experience Background:

- A university degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- A Chartered Professional Accounting designation (CPA).
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including management and supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of municipal financial administration and accounting principals
- Proven track record in strategic and operational leadership within a municipal setting.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate multi-faceted leadership, solutions-oriented approach, innovative, and tactful political astuteness, and an ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Expert communicator, comfortable with public speaking, and able to delegate, develop people, and hold them accountable.
- Customer Service Focus: Approach work with a foundational spirit of service, fostering this spirit within the organization and with key partners.
- Decision-Making Abilities: Pragmatic decision-maker and problem-solver, capable of making quick, practical decisions using multiple problem-solving tools and techniques.

- A salary range of $126,817.60 – $165,474.40 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
