Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in business administration, public administration, statistics or other related discipline or equivalent experience. Certification and/or course work in training, facilitation, change management, data analytics and project management is considered an asset. A minimum five years’ of experience in municipal government, institution or non-profit sector. With development and knowledge of corporate planning and related plans, performance measurement, budget and related business processes. Experience conducting and analyzing research, and preparing proposals and reports is required. Experience in facilitating engagement session is considered an asset. Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio.
The successful candidate must be willing to provide a current Criminal Records Check as part of the hiring process.
