You are the successful candidate for this position if you have the following:
- Enrollment in a college/university degree or diploma in related field of study preferred: Community Development, Events Management, Community/Culture Programming.
- Minimum of two-years’ related experience. Previous Municipal or local government experience is an asset.
- Possess valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Possess a current First Aide / CPR certificate.
- Excellent team player, with the ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, project manage and problem solving skills.
- Must be willing to provide a current Criminal Records Check-Vulnerable Sector at own expense.
- Must be fully immunized against COVID-19 and be willing to provide proof of immunization, or provide written approved exemption on the basis of a protected ground under the AB Human Rights Act.
