Clearwater County is seeking a creative, flexible and enthusiastic individual to assist our Communications Coordinator in fulfilling a varied and demanding workload in order to meet our internal and external communications needs. Primary responsibilities include drafting, preparing and editing a variety of materials, composing and producing communications materials, creating and/or editing video and digital presentations and productions, assisting Departments with templates, updating the County’s website, uploading information to the County’s internal website, planning, researching and organizing brand materials, assisting the Communications Coordinator and other departments with County events, conducting research on assorted topics, and undertaking project work as required. This role assists in the development and implementation of the County’s communication plans, including public engagement activities (surveys, open house, community events) and other special projects, as required.
