Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the Business Support Technician is the first point of contact for the County’s employees experiencing technical difficulties. This position will work collaboratively with the IT department to provide exceptional customer service and support while participating in projects to improve the overall IT infrastructure and services including Foothills Fibre customers.
