Who you are?
You’re a skilled operator with a strong safety mindset and a desire to contribute to a team that keeps Leduc’s parks thriving. You bring:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- A valid Class 3 driver’s license with Q endorsement.
- Current certifications such as WHMIS, TDG, OH&S, and First Aid.
- Equipment operation certifications (e.g., loader, backhoe, forklift, skid steer) or a willingness to obtain them.
- A minimum of 3 years’ related experience in municipal equipment operations.
- Previous supervisory or training experience (asset).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff, contractors, and the public.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
