THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the AVP, Accreditation and Compliance, Manager of Compliance leads a team of Compliance and Technical Advisors (CTAs) who deliver high-impact compliance monitoring and technical advisory services across the Council. This role is responsible for designing and implementing innovative compliance monitoring methodologies and developing actionable compliance recommendations.
In alignment with the Council’s leadership ideals, this role is about more than just oversight; it’s about creating the conditions for excellence to thrive. It fosters a culture of supportive accountability, where clarity, trust, and empowerment drive performance. As a visible and inspiring leader, you will champion change within this area of expertise—leading with curiosity, courage, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement.
WHAT WE OFFER
A competitive base salary that considers your education and experience with a salary range between $95,000-$130,000.

Our hybrid work model is designed for balance, with a monthly allowance and underground parking to support remote work and in-office collaboration on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This full-time role (36.25 hours/week, Monday–Friday) is based in our downtown Edmonton office.
