The Elected Officials Education Program (EOEP), a joint venture of the AAMDC and AUMA, is Alberta’s only professional education program designed for municipally elected officials.

A recent decision by the Government of China has stiffened the rules regarding recycling materials that are sent to China. This decision is going to impact the operations of municipalities in Alberta. The Recycling Council of Alberta has recently developed a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) bulletin to address the concerns of municipalities and recycling service providers.
