A message to our members, partners, and stakeholders
Rural Alberta has a long history of resilience in the face of difficulty and the RMA is proud to represent that spirit in our service to our members. We know that we are stronger together.
With the continued global pandemic of the COVID-19 virus, many organizations and individuals are understandably anxious about the future. The RMA shares these concerns and has taken steps to prevent the spread of viral infection and prioritize the health of staff, members, partners, and other stakeholders.
The RMA remains committed – especially during challenging times like this – to providing reliable information and stable service to our membership. Our staff are available and will continue to facilitate member-focused advocacy and business services to ensure municipalities can provide the essential services their communities need.
In order to give our members a one-stop shop for relevant communications, we have created a
COVID-19 response hub on our website where we will post recommendations for members, relevant information from stakeholders, and service updates from RMA approved suppliers. Please check there first to see if there are existing answers to questions that you or your organization may have. You can also contact us via our
contact page or our main number at 780.955.3639.
