Registration is open for Municipal Corporate Planning and Finance!
Time is running out to register for EOEP’s online course on Municipal Corporate Planning and Finance. This course will be delivered over four weekly sessions starting April 4 from 2:00 – 4:00pm. Participants must be able to attend all four sessions.
Sign up today to learn about sound practices in municipal strategic planning, business planning, budgeting, and measuring performance.
While the course is primarily intended for elected officials, CAOs are welcome to take the course so they are aware of what is being covered and can support councillors to understand how it relates to their municipality’s operations.
