RCMP’s Role in Community Safety and Well-Being Webinar

The RMA and ABmunis are co-hosting an event to share information from the RCMP

Join Chief Superintendent Peter Tewfik to learn all about the RCMP’s new Community Safety and Well-Being Branch. This branch works towards proactively reducing crime and victimization by addressing the contributing root causes in communities served by the RCMP. The RCMP is building an integrated service delivery model focused on strengthening partnerships and enhancing engagement with all Albertans. This model will help ensure RCMP police services support diverse communities and contribute positively to their safety and well-being. Analytics are key to identifying public safety issues and designing outreach initiatives that work directly with victims, offenders, and communities impacted by crime.

This webinar will take place Tuesday, June 14 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm and is free to attend. Please register online.
