Provide Feedback on Proposed Recovery Strategy for Bobolink

Government of Canada is seeking feedback on recovery plan for the songbird

The federal Ministry of Environment and Climate Change is seeking input on a draft recovery strategy for the bobolink. The bobolink is a songbird found in grasslands and pastures across Canada, with its habitat including many RMA member municipalities.

The draft recovery strategy can be viewed online, and comments can be sent to ec.planificationduretablissement-recoveryplanning.ec@canada.ca by October 8, 2022. If your municipality does provide input, please forward a copy to RMA Policy Advisor Warren Noga at warren@rmalberta.com.
