Alberta Energy is hosting a Hydrogen Roadmap Engagement session for municipalities
In 2020, the Government of Alberta announced Alberta’s Natural Gas Vision and Strategy, which lays out a plan for Alberta to become a global supplier of clean, responsibly-sourced natural gas and related products to diversify the sector. One of the key pathways to achieve this vision and strategy is to expand Alberta’s current domestic use of hydrogen and pursue new export markets for hydrogen.
Alberta Energy will be hosting a virtual session that will allow stakeholders to provide input and support the creation of a provincial Hydrogen Roadmap, which will detail Alberta’s plans to deploy into this sector.
The session will take place on February 23, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm over Microsoft Teams. No registration is required. Meeting materials will be provided in advance through RMA once they are available. The meeting login details are provided below:
