Alberta Agriculture and Forestry has released new plan
Alberta Agriculture and Forestry has developed a new Fusarium Management Plan in coordination with stakeholders, including RMA. The new plan addresses the management of fusarium in Alberta now that fusarium has been removed from the Agricultural Pests Act. The Alberta Wheat and Barley Commissions have also launched a website to provide information to farmers on the management of fusarium.
RMA continues to be involved in with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry on the issue of fusarium management through participation on Fusarium Action AB (FAAB).
