present the “Putting Beavers to Work for Watershed Resiliency and Restoration” symposium on October 23 - 24, 2019 in Calgary. The symposium will focus on generating awareness about the role of beavers as ecosystem engineers. It will also promote coexistence through the demonstration and implementation of various tools, including pond levellers, culvert protectors, and tree wrapping.
