Christine Morris – Members A-F – Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta. She began her career in insurance with the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta and, following relocations to Camrose and Leduc, gained further experience working for a restoration company and an insurance brokerage, where she managed both personal and commercial insurance. Christine joined RMA on January 3, 2023, and has since enjoyed building strong relationships with both members and colleagues. Now based in Edmonton, she dedicates her free time to supporting her two children in their activities, including hockey, lacrosse, and equestrian lessons.

Ulan Sango – Members G-L – Ulan earned a Master’s Degree in International Politics and Security in 2017 and is also a certified Project Management Professional. Her expertise in strategy and analysis allows her to approach challenges with a structured and insightful perspective. Before joining RMA in 2023, she worked in personal insurance lines as a Claims Adjuster, gaining valuable industry experience. Outside of work, Ulan is passionate about filmmaking and storytelling, always seeking new ways to craft engaging narratives.

Kerry Dutton – Members M-R – Kerry is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, holding both the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Risk Management (CRM) designations. She started her insurance career specializing in personal lines, where she discovered a passion for helping individuals navigate their insurance needs. Kerry joined RMA Insurance in July 2015, where she thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Kerry cherishes time spent with her children and family. When she’s not busy managing family life, she enjoys walking the trails with her dogs or unwinding with classic sitcom re-runs for a much-needed laugh.

Debora Depeel – Members S-Z – Debora is a highly experienced insurance professional with 30 years in the industry. Throughout her career, she has earned a Level 2 General Insurance License, as well as Life and Accident & Sickness Licenses, and holds the respected Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and CRM designations. For over 21 years, Debora has been with RMA Insurance, building a strong reputation for knowledge and dedication in the insurance field and with her members.

Outside of her professional life, Debora enjoys the rewarding challenge of managing a farm, where she raises chickens and nurtures a family of five children. This combination of career success and personal fulfillment reflects Debora’s dedication, work ethic, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities.

Terra Matter joined RMA Insurance in July 2024 as the Client Relations Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience as a licensed insurance professional with a diverse background in Commercial Lines, Public Sector, and Marketing. In her current role, Terra is focused on building strong relationships with both current and new clients while providing professional guidance and valuable insights on key insurance matters.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Terra has earned multiple insurance designations, including the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), CAIB, CRM, and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU). Her dedication to learning ensures she stays informed on the ever-evolving insurance industry landscape. Outside of her professional life, Terra enjoys traveling, gardening, crafting, and golfing, balancing her career with her love for exploration and creative pursuits.

Mallory Gray is our Manager of Member Services. She has a long-standing connection with RMA and has dedicated most of her professional career to working with Canadian insurance reciprocals. Over the years, she has developed a deep specialization in the reciprocal model and its unique value to members. Mallory holds her CAIB designation and joined the RMA team in October 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as getting outdoors to hike and golf.
