RMA and AUMA have developed a brief resource providing an overview of changes made to the ICF and IDP process through Bill 25
RMA and AUMA have partnered to provide their members with a brief resource that outlines Bill 25 changes, how they may impact intermunicipal collaboration framework (ICF) and intermunicipal development plan (IDP) processes, and other recommended considerations for ICFs as the April 1, 2020 deadline for ICF completion approaches.
The resource is intended as a “quick reference” for municipalities working through their ICFs who may be unclear on the impacts that the changes introduced in Bill 25 may have on the process. This resource will be supplemented with an updated version of the RMA and AUMA’s ICF Workbook, which is expected to be available in the coming weeks.
