The AAMDC Board Governance Review Committee (BGRC) released their final report and recommendations to members prior to the AAMDC Spring 2017 Convention. At the convention, members voted to endorse all nine BGRC recommendations.
The purpose of the BGRC is to review and provide recommendations on areas related to the AAMDC’s governance structure. As per the BGRC terms of reference, the AAMDC Board of Directors is required to act on the recommendations endorsed by the membership, and report on progress within one year of the recommendations being endorsed.
To comply with this requirement, the AAMDC Board of Directors has developed a report on their progress in meeting each recommendation. The report is available on the AAMDC website by clicking here. It will also be available on the Spring 2018 Convention App. The AAMDC Board of Directors will also be presenting on their progress in meeting the recommendations at the AAMDC Spring 2018 Convention.
