AAMDC Fall 2016 Convention Registration is Opening Soon

The Fall 2016 Convention will take place November 15-17, 2016 at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton. In addition to workshops and plenary addresses, the program will feature keynote speaker, a ministerial forum, opposition leaders forum and an MLA luncheon. Banquet entertainment will be provided by the Dueling Piano Show. Registration will open on September 6, 2016.

Registration for the Fall 2016 Convention is available now through the AAMDC website under Events & Programs > AAMDC Convention > Registration (or click here). The following items are also available on the website:

  • Draft convention agenda
  • Hotel reservation information
  • Banquet ticket purchase and table selection
  • Partners Program registration

The AAMDC’s early bird deadline is on October 14, 2016.  Regular registration fees will apply after this date and the deadline to register is October 28, 2016. Please note that member rates do apply to both elected officials and administrative staff who belong to one of our member municipalities. All prices exclude GST:

Cancellations submitted before noon on October 28, 2016 will receive a full refund. Please email any cancellation or substitutions requests to cindy.carstairs@aamdc.com and note that there will be no refundsafter this date.

A registration desk will be open the late afternoon of Monday, (3pm to 6pm), November 14, 2016 at the Shaw Conference Centre for delegates and their partners arriving early to attend the Reeves’/Mayors’ Meeting, the EOEP course and convention hospitality suites.

You may also make the most of your convention week by attending one of the EOEP course that is being offered November 14, 2016.
