The AAMDC’s takes pride in representing the rural municipal perspective to provincial and federal decision-makers, industry, and other stakeholders. As part of our advocacy efforts, the AAMDC regularly develops position statements that summarize the AAMDC’s positions on key policy areas. With the recent release of the AAMDC Climate Change Advisory Committee Final Report, climate change-specific position statements are now available here. Climate change position statements include the following categories:
