Qualifications and Skills:
- A university degree in commerce, business administration, public administration, political sciences or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic or business planning, business cycling process, enterprise performance measurement and policy development
- Ability to work across departments and divisions while maintaining corporate wide, centre-led mindset
- Results orientated with recent success building and maintaining relationships in a corporate setting
- Problem-solving, analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to understand the political implications of recommendations and actions
- Experience in report writing, developing dashboards, summary analysis, and briefing materials
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 suite, and experience with SharePoint, Visio and other process mapping, brainstorming and collaborative tools is considered an asset
