Key Responsibilities Include:
The WILD System was developed with major funding from the Governments of Alberta and Canada. It supplies treated water to several members within its service area, including direct service connects to a growing number of urban municipal Members, the hamlets and rural development in portions of two Counties, and the Paul and Alexis Nakota Sioux First Nations. The system also operates 7 (soon to be 8) truck fill stations. With the majority of the construction completed, the Commission is now taking the opportunity to evaluate the operating and administrative frameworks that will support our continued utility growth.
Service providers may submit proposals for any or all activities. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. WILD, in its sole discretion, will determine the number of contracts offered or awarded, and may decide not to award any contracts. Proposals may be submitted by service contractors, or qualified individuals seeking employment opportunities.
WILD reserves the right to negotiate with any and all service providers submitting timely proposals. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by WILD in order to determine which proposer best meets the Commission Manager’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services.
