The Opportunity
Are you a people person who enjoys building positive relationships, and bringing events and initiatives to life? This is more than an office administrative role. It is an opportunity to be the welcoming face of the department, supporting daily operations while helping coordinate community outreach events, public education initiatives, campaigns, and special projects. We are looking for an organized, outgoing, and enthusiastic professional who enjoys connecting with others, managing details, and contributing to a safer, and more vibrant community.
Reporting to the Manager of Enforcement Services, the OA3 is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Enforcement branch of the Protective Services Division. This includes receiving complaints from the public, typing correspondence, maintaining various registers, and assisting with the smooth and effective operation of the department.
