The City of Beaumont is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Project Design and Delivery to lead this project team. In this position you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering operational and capital projects that help power Beaumont’s future, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with our community values.

Beaumont’s impressive growth translates into the demand for additional infrastructure needs for the community. Our Infrastructure Project Design and Delivery team is responsible for the design and delivery of transportation, open space, facility and utility infrastructure that supports sustainable operation and growth of the City. An overview of current projects underway in 2026 include:
- Several major transportation design and construction projects for intersection upgrades, overlays, traffic improvements, and trail connections,
- Multiple utility renewal and growth projects focused on improvements to the City’s water and wastewater systems including design and construction projects for water pumphouses and reservoirs, piping, lift stations and associated infrastructure,
- Facility improvement projects at various locations across the City, and
- Construction of a sports field and multiple drainage improvement projects.
