Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years direct related and progressive experience in the IT profession in a large corporation or government organization
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity specifically focused on project management supervision. Showcase a track record of adeptly managing projects, displaying robust managerial capabilities, and effectively leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and experience with organizational change management
- Experience working in a public sector organization is preferred
- Extensive direct related experience in business relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience with Information technology Infrastructure library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and related Technologies (COBIT), service ownership, and product delivery
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
