- Completion of a degree in a Human Resources program or other relevant discipline, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience;
- Working towards your CPHR designation is an asset;
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative capacity is required;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Rights legislation, Employment Standards legislation, and Occupational Health and Safety legislation;
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities;
- Proficiency in various Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new computer programs.
