Key Responsibilities

Your Impact

As Executive Director, Corporate Services, you’ll leverage your senior leadership experience and municipal expertise to:

Drive Strategic Vision and Leadership: Lead the Corporate Services Division to achieve Rocky View County’s long-term goals, fostering an innovative and responsive approach to public service.
Collaborate and Engage Stakeholders: Build and sustain strong inter-municipal and community relationships, acting as a liaison and advocate for the County’s strategic vision and goals.
Promote Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial and administrative functions within the division, promoting efficiency and high service quality to enhance community trust and satisfaction.
Ensure Fiscal Responsibility and Sustainability: Manage all financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with both short and long-term objectives to support the County’s fiscal health and growth.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) and 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in municipal or government administration.
Background in Legislation, Human Resources or IT (preferred), with certifications in Local Government Management or Administration.
Proven expertise in budget management, financial planning, and policy development.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
