Reporting to the CAO, the Director of Legislative Services/Development Officer is responsible for assisting the CAO with all legislative duties including handling sensitive political issues and public concerns, conducting research, arranging meetings ,and appointments, records management, and special projects.
Post secondary diploma in business administration, public administration or a related field.
Completion or willing to complete the Applied Land Use Certificate.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a supervisory or management position.
Preference will be given to applicants with municipal experience or similar.
