This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager, supervisors, and staff at the Youngstown Service Centre, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations—particularly during peak seasonal periods. The role includes front-line customer service, processing permits and bookings, managing inventory and data entry in internal systems, and handling receipting and invoicing functions. It also supports operational activities by tracking road materials, preparing project updates, managing agreements, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets, and providing backup for timesheet entry. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with strong integrity, technical aptitude, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
