Parkland County has a permanent full-time Executive Assistant to Mayor & Council. Under the general supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Executive Assistant performs executive administrative services for the Mayor and Council to enhance their effectiveness through strategic information management support. Responsibilities of the position include synthesizing information and providing recommendations for action; preparation of correspondence, reports and various other materials; providing first point of contact for both telephone and in-person inquiries; making arrangements for attendance at conferences, seminars and workshops; and organizing various council functions.
This position offers a competitive total rewards package including:
- Competitive salary based on education and experience (range is $65,344 to $81,680 per annum) based on a 7 hours per day; 35 hours per week schedule
