Who you are?
The successful candidate will have the following:
Education:
- A technical diploma or degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in property and facility management, with specific, proven expertise in lease creation and negotiation, contract procurement, space planning, and asset management.
- At least two (2) years of direct experience managing, supervising, and coaching professional full-time staff.
Competencies and Attributes:
- Strong financial management capabilities, with a history of maintaining strict expenditure controls over multi-million-dollar capital and operating budgets.
- Certification as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or eligibility for certification with the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) would be considered a significant asset
