Who you are?
You are a strategic influencer and an avid learner who abandons old paradigms to anticipate the future needs of a modern workforce. You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of direct experience in Human Resources, specifically focused on strategic HR business partnering and employee relations.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing high-profile projects and professional staff.
- Significant expertise in conducting or managing complex workplace investigations and a deep understanding of Alberta labour legislation.
- Exceptional communication and mediation skills, with a proven ability to manage high-trust relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and the analytical capabilities required to interpret complex policies and achieve business results under challenging circumstances.
- A commitment to fostering a team culture that is respectful, inclusive, and welcoming.
Assets include A CPHR designation, municipal experience, and familiarity with the Workday HCM platform.
