We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an administrative role at the Youngstown office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture, supporting day-to-day office operations, and ensuring accurate reporting, all while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You are experienced in customer relations, data entry, and general accounting functions, and demonstrate integrity, technical aptitude, and a commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

• Reception: Answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
• Clerical Support to the Office Manager, supervisors, and staff.
• Data Entry: Tracking information and maintaining records in Microsoft Excel and other systems.
• Accounts Receivable: Receipting, tracking payments, and preparing bank deposits.
• Administrative Duties: Letters, memos, reports, and expense claims, preparation and posting of RFPs and other administrative duties as required.
• General Office Duties: Filing, preparing stationery orders, issuing gravel permits, and inventory tracking

Requirements

• Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is preferred. Combined with Minimum of one (1 ) year of administration or office experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong public relations abilities.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively with courtesy, tact, and discretion, and to exercise good judgment in all interactions.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic and demonstrated professional attitude and demeanor.
• Clear understanding of confidentiality and effective document management practices.
