| Responsibility 1 | Managing the Town’s website and social media platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication with the public. |
| Responsibility 2 | Maintaining and organizing legislative and corporate records in SharePoint, ensuring information is secure, accessible, and compliant with legislative requirements. |
| Responsibility 3 | Supporting Council and Administration by preparing, managing, and preserving agendas, minutes, bylaws, and other official records to ensure transparency and continuity of operations. |
