Key Responsibilities Include:
The position is responsible for the inspection of the County’s road network system, based on the approval process for Road Use Agreements. Areas to be inspected include, approaches, crossings, and temporary water lines and overseeing impacts due to inclement weather, traffic counts, dust controls, road bans and or closures and implementing changes or additions as required. Administrative tasks will include, report writing utilizing Excel and Outlook, reading surveys and maps, and identifying established routes under Road Use Agreements.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with industry representatives and ratepayers. Should be skilled in time and records management, critical thinking and communications.
