Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Risk Management field.
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with local government, school board or non-profit organizations.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance.
- Must possess strong and effective presentation skills.
- Proficient in all applications of Microsoft office.
- Clean Drivers Abstract and valid class 5 license.
Education
- Level II General Insurance Agent License.
- Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation.
- CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designation.
- A combination of other education and insurance experience may be considered.
Compensation
- Commensurate on experience, post-secondary education (degree or industry equivalent), and determined according to the current RMA salary grid.
- Includes a comprehensive benefits package plus Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP) pension, after applicable waiting periods.
Location
This position will be performed remotely in Alberta, with travel to member sites required.
