With a team spread across the MD in multiple stations, clear communication both in formal and interpersonally will be imperative along with your demonstrated ability to make decisions based on logical evaluation of alternatives shared by others while assessing the advantages and risks in timely decision making.
As the ideal candidate, you will also bring a financial acuity through creative and innovative ways of improving the organization (cost reductions, use of resources, policies, procedures) generating useful new ideas, approaches, or techniques.
In the same light, the candidate should be a strong negotiator, demonstrating strength and competency in bargaining for proposals and/or resources (budget, people, technology) and finding “win-win” solutions.
